Our booking process.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you a simple 1 page contract along with a questionnaire form for you to fill out. We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the date. We accept all forms of payment. Credit or debit card, PayPal, Square, VenMo, cash or check. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% service fee. Once we’ve received the contract and the deposit, you’ll officially be booked with us!
Can I create a custom package?
Absolutely, we’re all about giving you options and full control over customization. If you want to move a few things around to create your own package, just let us know. We will re-quote you with a new price based on your custom package.
How long does it take before I receive my film(s)?
We put the same amount of love into each film. Our turnaround time is between 6-8 weeks for any of our films ranging in 5-10 minutes. Our feature films (15 minutes) take approximately 8-12 weeks.
How do you choose the song(s) for the video?
We like to use a site called The Music Bed, which has a great selection of high quality songs, and we’re always finding new stuff we really like. For our Highlight films that go online, we pay to license the music. This will ensure your video can be shared and played on any social media site without any copyright issues. There are a lot of choices that are very cinematic and/or have a nice melody or vocals. We try to choose something that really suits the couple, based on our time spent getting to know them before and during the wedding. We’re always open to any feedback, if there is anything you do or don’t like!

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have liability insurance. From time to time, certain venue will require your vendors to send proof. We’re happy to do so if requested.
What is Raw footage and can we keep it?
Raw footage is unedited video captured from our cameras. There may be some clips that are in slow motion, have no audio and/or shaky camera movement. If you’re interested in keeping the raw footage, we ask that you pay a 10% service fee of the total cost from your package. Please know that we make very little from this fee. We don’t charge sales tax in any of our packages since we are providing you with a digital file. California requires us to pay sales tax on any tangible items sold (DVDs, hard drives, etc.) Meaning, that we have to pay sales tax on the total cost of your package. We will provide you with a hard drive that includes all of the raw files. For your convenience we will organize everything in categories (ceremony, reception, first dance, etc.). Tell me more about the toasts and ceremony videos.
We compile all of the raw footage from multiple cameras create a separate video of all of your speeches and/or ceremony fully edited. Because of the longer length of these videos, we from time to time relocate our cameras to be respectful of your guests, and to stay out of the way during certain parts of the ceremony. This may include camera audio quality, no color grading, and some camera shake. Don’t worry, we take pride into our work and will do our very best to deliver quality! Please note that these prices are at a discounted rate when combined with one of our 3 wedding packages. At this time, we do not sell add-on’s without a package.
How will your film(s) be delivered?
Your Highlight Film will be delivered online through a digital hosting site called Vimeo. We’ll provide you with a link so that you can easily share it with all of your friends and family! As for the Short Film and Feature Film, we will email you a digital file that can be downloaded. All films are in a high definition 1080p .MOV format. This format is compatible with both PC and MAC.
Can we get a DVD or Blu-ray?
At this time, we only provide digital copies. We’re happy to refer you to a local store that can make them for you.
